Pets are the best entertainers, whether it is a dog, cat, or horse. If you have a pet, you’re certainly aware that many thrilling and humorous events occur from time to time. Who wouldn’t want to capture those moments or, better yet, enter them in a competition and win an award for them?
The amusing winning photographs of furry animal pals worldwide have been announced for the second edition of the worldwide pet photo competition Comedy Pet Photo Awards.
The Comedy Pet Photo Awards 2021 is a British competition that honours the funniest pictures of domestic animals such as cats, dogs, horses, poultry, and cattle. The competition is run by the same people as the Comedy Wildlife Photo Awards.

#1 Overall Winner
The competition’s overall winner was Whizz Pop!, a picture with a dog and a bubble that creates a humorous optical illusion. Zoe Ross’s wonderfully timed photo shows her nine-week-old black labrador, Pepper, utterly oblivious to a suspiciously placed bubble behind it.

#4 Winner – The Mighty Horse Category
Even though horses are considered as strong and mighty animals, seems they have a fun side too. Mary Ellis has been clever enough to capture this funny horse’s reply to her when she greeted him good morning.
#5 Winner – All other Creatures, Great or Small Category
#6 Winner – Junior Category
Beau, an extremely obedient doggy from Los Angeles who, when commanded to sit, does so on top of an oblivious child, won the junior category.
#7 Winner – Pets Who Look Like Their Owners Category
There were seven categories in the Comedy Pet Photo Awards: dog, cat, horse, other species, junior, pets who look like their owners, and video.

According to organizers, The Comedy Pet Photo Awards’ mission is to raise positive awareness about animal welfare concerns while also celebrating the significant contribution that pets can and do make in our lives. Pet owners can submit images of their closest companions for a chance to win a $2650 reward.
