Astronomy Photographer of the Year is an annual international photography contest organized by Royal Museums Greenwich. It is one of the largest contests dedicated to astrophotography. Photographs are awarded under several categories and on top of that, there is the one most prestigious award of all, the Astronomy Photographer of the Year award.
