No words are enough to explain the beauty and simplicity of Nature. Once a great English writer, John Ruskin expressed the beauty of Nature as ‘Nature is painting for us day after day, pictures of infinite beauty’.
If you are someone who wants a break from this busy, hectic life for a while, then just a 10 minutes walk into a jungle will give you an amazing healing feeling which will calm your soul and mind. That is what we call the magic of Nature which no one knows how happens. And most probably earth is the only planet which is gifted with such a beautiful nature and living beings. So as human beings, what we should do is protect and conserve this beauty for another million years as it is.
That is because we are also a part of it, and no human can survive without Nature and other living beings no matter how much technology we have. But sometimes, people forget to have a look at Nature for even a while due to the hustle and bustle of the never-ending busy life. For that problem, there is one simple answer! That is photography.
Photography can do silent wonders in the viewer’s mind. It is like a universal language with no boundaries to express feelings and ideas. And also, it is a powerful tool to increase awareness among people about serious issues like conserving Nature.
The Nature Conservancy Photo Contest is one of the most famous photography competitions which focus mainly on conserving Nature which is held yearly.
